Its kind of hard to photograph something when you don't know anything about it. But luckily, Angel thought ahead for me. She had some poses for Nia, and had even brought along a Nia-central art book for me to refer from for ideas. It was helpful. It gave me some ideas for the kind of character Nia is, and Angel is fun to photograph anyway because she pulled Nia off so beautifully.

The real problem with this was the sun. Nia's wig is so light that when it came to editting these in a lot of them the wig and the dress has faded in to the backgrounds cause of their lightness, the lightness of the background and the sun's glare. I managed to save some. But now I know I could have saved a lot of the colour by using a lower apature speed.
Mistakes aside, I love how this selection came out.
